Requirements and Applications

  • Both heaters require a consistent and dependable source of power to operate efficiently.
  • These heaters require either 120 Volt Shore power or Gen-Set power. Both units may be plugged into the power source.
  • To eliminate the possibility of electrical sparking, either hard-wire or use a power source external to the engine compartment.
  • Due to variations in engine compartments, below deck equipment and geographic location, some boats may require a larger or an additional heater. Consult your dealer or call us directly for recommendations specific to your boat and climate.
  • Any boat stored out of the water on a lift or on a trailer will require our BSAT 750 Watt heater.
  • Professional installation is recommended, but complete instructions are included.
